This project was originally proposed to me in February 2003 by the Head Librarian at Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Virginia. She wanted to display posters like those done in conjunction with National Library Week where celebrities pose with their favorite book, only we'd use the staff and faculty at the college.
